1984 Eagle Unfinished

I did finish it, but took no photographs of this piece when it was completed

Eagle Unfinished - All Eagle Unfinished - AllBase is a piece of calcite and flourite. This is made of fresh walrus ivory (legal).

I used a blue architectural pencil to draw the feather pattern before sculpting them. Traces can be seen below the beak. Graphite pencils should be avoided since they can smear and be very difficult to remove all traces.
