The Traditional and Flattened Domes are joined by a novel flattened dome form. The traditional and flattened domes were developed first. Then they were positioned symmetrically joined at a single outer vertex each. Next a minimum number of mogharnas are added to join the two forms together, beginning at their shared vertex.
